Deposits and Payments: A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required to book your event. If we do not receive deposit date and time will still be available to other clients. Final payment is due on the day of the event in cash to the character. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CHECKS/CREDIT CARDS.

Tipping and Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the package price but greatly appreciated. We recommend a standard gratuity amount of 10% - 20% based on total party amount. ** At your disclosure

Travel Fees: Locations outside of Harris County require additional $10 - $30 mileage fee depending on location. Please inquire for details.

Client Responsibilities: Our goal is to make character visits as memorable as possible; in doing so we request access to an outlet source [for music], an open area so that our characters can interact with children [story telling, games, or activities], and we would prefer events to be indoors with a/c.

Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations should be made 48 hours prior to event. We understand that with weather patterns and circumstances beyond our control this may occur however, deposits are non-refundable. We would be more than happy to transfer to a later date.
